Sabi Sabi Selati Camp
Selati Camp is a proper vintage styled bush camp steeped in history. The camp is named after a railway branch, the Selati Line, that crossed the Sabi Sand Reserve transporting gold to Mozambique in the 1870’s. The camp is furnished with a historic railway theme which extends from the original steam engine name plates, signals and shunter’s lamps lighting the way to the suites to interesting memorabilia and other collector’s pieces in each suite.
This exclusive lodge has seven opulent vintage styled thatched suites, each with full en-suite bathroom and private al-fresco showers nestled under indigenous trees. Premier accommodation at Selati Camp is the spacious Ivory Presidential Suite. It offers luxurious grandeur in the form of original antiques, Persian carpet and antique chaise-lounge with separate dressing room.
Early morning and late afternoon game drives in open 4 x 4 game vehicles take guests off road for exciting close wildlife experiences.
